Everyone's body is different and everyone reacts to exercise differently, therefore an overall general fitness programme will never achieve the desired results.

Through a process of listening to your individual needs, completing fitness assessment using a variety of test. I can then formulate a personal training plan that is designed specifically for you taking into account the results from the initial consultation and fitness tests.

This plan involves one-hour structured workouts with a Personal trainer, who will guide and motivate you throughout your training, keeping in mind your individual needs and goals. How often you train is up to you.

By closely working with you, and with regular fitness re-assessments, I look forward to delivering all your health and fitness goals and targets.
